I was pleasantly surprised by the warm staff at Goldener Engel /Pension who not only welcomed me in English and German but also went above and beyond to accommodate my unexpected need for a twin room instead of a single. The generous breakfast spread added to the value-for-money experience, and the central location made exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions incredibly convenient. The availability of free Wi-Fi in the rooms made it easy for me to stay connected while enjoying the charming garden furniture with a cup of tea from the provided electric kettle. This eco-friendly gem truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
